Data Center Division
Our knowledge in providing data center implementation services are engineered to provide a robust and scalable infrastructure foundation. Our services start at strategic planning to seamless deployment and implementation and integration of hardware, software, and networking components to create a functional and efficient data center infrastructure.
• Install and position the server racks in their designated locations, leaving adequate space between racks for airflow and maintenance.
• Anchor the racks to the floor to enhance stability, especially in areas prone to seismic activity and ensure that the racks are perfectly leveled.
• Physically installing servers, storage systems, and networking devices according to the design specifications.
• Lay the cables in the cable trays, ensuring they are organized and secured.
• Use cable ties, clamps, or other appropriate accessories to fasten the cables within the tray.
• Follow industry standards and guidelines for cable spacing and separation.
• Process of transferring an organization’s IT infrastructure, data, applications, and services from one data center to another.
• Install the raised floor system according to the approved design and specifications.
• Laying the support structure, placing the floor panels, and securing them in place.
• Install mounting hardware for sensors, controllers, and other BMS components.
• Run wiring for power and communication between components, ensuring neat and organized installations.
• Install sensors, meters, and monitoring devices at critical points within the data center.
• Connect these devices to the DCIM system to gather real-time data on power usage, temperature, humidity, and other relevant metrics.
• Clear the designated area of any obstacles or equipment. Ensure that the data center infrastructure (flooring, power distribution, etc.) is prepared for the cage installation.
• Install the chosen panels to create the walls and ceiling of the cage. Ensure that panels are securely attached and provide the required level of security.
• Install access doors with integrated security features. Test the doors to ensure they operate smoothly and that access control systems function as intended.
• Install containment panels, doors, and roof panels as per the designed layout. Ensure that the containment system aligns with the designated hot or cold aisle.
• Pay attention to sealing gaps between panels, doors, and the data center structure to prevent the mixing of hot and cold air.
• Install support brackets or structures for the cable trays.
• Cut the cable trays to the required lengths using appropriate tools.
• Fit the trays together, ensuring proper alignment and connection.
• Provide proper grounding for the cable tray system to ensure electrical safety.
• Bond the cable trays to the building's grounding system, and use bonding jumpers between tray sections if necessary.
• Install the materials to create an effective barrier against the passage of fire and smoke.
• Apply the selected firestop materials according to the manufacturer's specifications and installation guidelines.
• Common firestop materials include fire-rated caulks, sprays, wraps, pillows, and sealants.
